How long does it take to feel relief?
Generally speaking, our Misty will give you relief within the first few seconds of use. We recommend that you use it for 5 minutes 1-2 times a day.
What kind of water can I use with the Misty?
You can use a multitude of different liquids, from distilled water to eye drops and eye lubrication solution! However, we don't recommend using tap water, only distilled water.
Do I need to keep my eyes open or closed when using Misty?
We recommend that you use Misty for 5 to 10 seconds at a time, with your eyes open, alternating between the two eyes for about 5 minutes.
That said, you can do what you like! If you prefer to keep your eyes open with constant mist for 5 minutes, 10 minutes or even 15 minutes, you can do so.
If you prefer to keep your eyes closed, that's perfectly possible too.
How do I clean my Misty?
Every two weeks, we recommend that you fill your Misty with distilled water and let it completely empty the tank twice.
How often should I use the Misty? Can I use it every day?
We recommend that you use our Misty for 5 minutes at the beginning or end of each day. Of course, you can use it 2-3 times a day if you wish.
Is the steam safe for my eyes?
Yes! the mist isn't TOO hot, it comes out more at body temperature, like what you'd expect from a humidifier or facial steamer.
You can choose between 113℉ (45°C), 131℉ (55°C), 149℉ (65°C). All these temperatures are gentle and 100% safe for your eyes.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery takes between 7 and 12 days.
How long does it take to receive a tracking number?
It takes 2-3 working days.
Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their order. Please contact us if you do not receive it within 24 hours.
